Brief Introduction of Guangxi Huayuan Aluminum Group Co, LTD
Located in Baise City of Guangxi --- one of the major aluminum production industries and with the total area of 818 Mu, Huayuan Aluminum Group Co,LTD registered to establish on August 14, 2007, with the amount of registered capital of 165,000,000 RMB Yuan in the Industry and Commerce Management Administration of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It mainly deals with the production and sales of High-Accuracy Aluminum Sheet.
The corporation is to invest more than 7000,000,000 RMB Yuan in the Project of Yearly Yield of 300,000 tons of High-Accuracy Aluminum Sheet and Aluminum-related Industries.
This project is based on the fact that Baise City, known as “the city of aluminum in China”, is rich in high-quality of aluminum resources, that it has state-class enterprises of Aluminum Oxide and Electrolytic Aluminum, and that it lies along the border regions of China-ASEAN. With high-level starting point and large investment, the project aims to develop the techniques of deep processing aluminum in Baise. As a result, Baise will become an aluminum industry group of Aluminum Oxide, Electrolytic Aluminum and Deep Processing of Aluminum, even the largest base of aluminum industry in China or Asia.
Leaders of our country have been concerned with the development of Guangxi and Baise. Deng Xiao-ping ever gave an order in the 1980s, “To develop aluminum in Pingguo of Guangxi”. When inspecting Guangxi and Baise, Hu Jin-tao, Chairman of China, and Wen Jia-bao, Premier of China, required “to develop the coasts of Guangxi to a new stage” and “ to strengthen and promote the development of Guangxi as the center of an international passage, a communication bridge and a cooperation platform.”
Meanwhile, much attention has been paid by the Baise City government to the Project of Yearly Yield of 300,000 tons of High-Accuracy Aluminum Sheet and Aluminum-related Industries. As one of the major projects in Guangxi, our corporation signed a formal contract with the Baise Management Committee of industry areas on October 28, 2007 at the signing ceremony of the 4th China-ASEAN Expo, at which many leaders of China-ASEAN countries were present. On November 1, our cooperation was invited to attend the “forum of Baise development of aluminum industry” co-sponsored by the Development and Reform Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Baise City Government.
Located in Baise Industrial Park, which is ranked as a provincial level of industrial park, our corporation has a perfect stereoscopic logistics system. The distance to Baise Airport is only 35 kilometers. The Baise comprehensive port, which is situated in the Industrial Park, is able to ship 1000 tons directly to Guangzhou and Hong Kong. With the length of 230 kilometers, Baise-Nanning Highway leads to the Port of North Bay. Supported by Preferential Policies, the factory area of our corporation takes 818 mu, next to Yinhai Aluminum, whose yearly production of electrolytic aluminum is 200,000 tons, and with the neighborhood, no more than 100 kilometers, of state-scale aluminum enterprises such as Pingguo Aluminum, Debao Huayin Aluminum, Jingxi Xinfa Aluminum and Longlin Aluminum.
Our corporation has imported the most advanced and modernized production processors and techniques, such as the first world-class facilities: a (1+4) Type Hot Continuous Rolling Line, a (1+2) Type Cold Continuous Rolling Line, and a Line of Super Width Aluminum Foil Mills. Once in production, the yield of aluminum foil is expected to be 100,000 tons, and aluminum sheet and strip 200,000 tons. Our corporation aims to become the largest industry of deep processing aluminum in scale, the most advanced in equipment, the highest quality of production in China, striving to promote our strength and be prepared for the severe international competition.
Our corporation invites Doctor Yi Dan-qing, who is a state-level expert of nonferrous metal, as a consultant to direct the production and product development. All the expert group are experienced in producing, some of whom anticipated the national Program of China during the 9th Five-Year Plan Period and won awards of first or second places. Well-educated with at least bachelor degrees, the administrators are good at management and are ready to accept new ideas.
